Common Issues

Why creaking sound is coming when i ride the bike?
Bicycle is a machine which needs regular maintenance and proper tuning like any other vehicle such as motorcycle or car. If you hear some noise while riding , you don't need to worry. A small maintenance or tuning will easily resolve your issue

1) If noise is coming from new bike within few days after you started riding - If you have received a new bike , we recommend it to be fine tuned at local mechanic. Normally the noise in new bikes come because of
Untuned brakes - Bicycle comes in big boxes which are transported via Road transport, and because of the delivery vibrations there is possibility the nut and bolt might get loose which can cause noise while riding . Most of the time, the bicycle is sent with front wheel unattached and customer assemble the front wheel by themselves. Whenever you take out the front wheel and reinstall it again, there is high chances the brakes get un tuned which could create noise while riding.
Center Bearing or BB set - If noise is coming from the pedal side, there are chances the center axle nut would have got loose or bearing inside BB set is dry (mostly in summer). In such case, we recommend you to lube the center axle and ride it for next few days. You can also un assemble the center axle and lube it. This should resolve your issue.

In case any other issue is found in Bicycle part, our company provide 30 days part replacement warranty without any cost . Kindly, raise a ticket on our website with your issue and our team will send the replacement needed to resolve your issue

2) In case the noise is coming after few weeks after you started riding - Bicycle need regular service after 3-4 weeks in case you ride only few km daily .
