Mind Wars is a quiz based show on ZEE TV. It is telecast every Sunday at 10 am. With the show telecast,
questions also appear on the ZEE5 app and viewers can play the game at the comfort of their home.
Contest Duration:
- Valid from: 26th January 2020
- Valid till: 31st May 2020
Eligibility Criteria:
Users eligible to participate in the Contest shall fulfill the eligibility criteria specified below and users participating in the Contest are hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”. To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the Participant(s) need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria:
- An Individual
- An Indian citizen or residing in India
- Aged 18 years and above
- Legally eligible to enter into a contract
How To Participate:
- Download ZEE5 app or log on to www.ZEE5.com
- Look for 'Mind Wars Play Along' and start playing
- The Participant(s) will earn points for every correct answer and shall also earn time bonus points in the event the Participant(s) answers the correct answer quickly.
Prize:
2 winners per episode will win shopping vouchers worth Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each.
Winner Selection & Announcement:
Participant(s) who gives correct answers during the airing of episode of the Program on official ZEEL channels may be eligible to be the lucky episodic winner. The winners will be
announced on the ZEE5 app, in the 'Mind Wars Play along' page. Once the winners are
announced, they will have to send a mail to ZEE5 within 10 days of the
announcement to share their details to claim the prizes.
Additional Details / Special Condition / Exclusion:
- The contest is valid only in India.
- The winners shall be decided by ZEEL and ZEEL’s decision on such matters shall be final and no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into.
Terms & Conditions:
- The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to you’re the Contest conducted by ZEE5. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an undisputed acceptance of the Terms. Violation of this Term shall immediately disqualify the Participant’s prospects of further participation.
- ZEEL shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Participant(s) is unable to participate due to failure on part of the telecom operator, Internet provider, facility provider, etc.
- ZEEL may use any information collected from the Participant(s) at the time of subscription of ZEE5 and/or at the time of entering the Contest organized by ZEEL in relation to the Contest (including checking/verifying Participant(s) eligibility to enter it). ZEEL will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Contest. However, ZEEL shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused due to leakage or misplacement of such information.
- There shall be no entry fee or participation fee payable by the Participant(s) for participating in this Contest. ZEEL will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest. Further, participation in the Contest will not in itself make the Participant(s) eligible for the Prize.
- ZEEL reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Participant(s).
- ZEEL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control or otherwise (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ZEEL in all matters shall be final and binding.
- The Participant(s) shall in no circumstance have any rights or claims against ZEEL.
- ZEEL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control or otherwise.
- The Participant(s) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZEEL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents (“Indemnified Parties”) from And against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) that such indemnified parties may incur as a result of or arising from (A) any information (including, without limitation, your user generated content, feedback, or any other content) you (or anyone using your account) submit, post, or transmit on or through ZEE5; (B) your (or anyone using your account's) use of ZEE5; (C) your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these terms; OR (D) your (or anyone using your account's) violation of any rights of any other person or entity, including, without limitation, any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. ZEEL reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with ZEEL in asserting any available defenses.
- To the extent permitted by law, ZEE5 or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents, shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent on the part of ZEE5 or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents.
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it is severable.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law of India, ZEE5 and/or contest is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing provisions, you assume sole risk and responsibility for selecting ZEE5 to achieve your intended results, and sole responsibility for the installation of, use of, registration, and results obtained from ZEE5. without limiting the foregoing provisions, ZEEL makes no warranty that ZEE5 will be error-free, virus free, or free from interruptions or other failures or that the ZEE5 will satisfy your specific requirements or that the errors will be rectified. You understand that ZEE5 can be blocked or made inoperable and ZEEL assumes no responsibility or liability for the same.
